Super worth it with burpple beyond and absolute quality chocolate! The brownie came with a choice of ice cream, which I chose Earl grey caramel ice cream. The sweetness from the caramel paired well with the aroma of the tea and overall it was so smooth and creamy and not too sweet. The brownie was fudgy and moist, with quality chocolate used, and wasn’t too sweet. One of the best brownies I have had. The s’mores came with the 80% dark chocolate ice cream by default, which was so dark and rich and good. It went really well with the sweeter s’mores which had a layer of cinnamon crunch, chocolate mousse and then topped with the marshmallows which was torched. Overall a super delicious dessert but might be better to share among 3 people.

We redeemed the 1 for 1 deal, you are able to choose between s’mores w ice cream and brownie w ice cream. Either two of the same option or 1 of each! We recommend to stick with the default selection as it’s pairs really well with the s’mores and brownie respectively. Overall staff service was also very good !!! In addition, we order a waffles w 2 scoops of ice cream we chose pistachio and sea salt for this dessert dish. This is our first time trying at this dessert spot, definitely a spot whereby even non chocolate lover will love. The chocolate ice creams here are rich but not so jelat. Great quality and would come back again !!

One of the best scoops ever - Signature 80% Dark Chocolate Ice Cream! What's even better is it's free! HAPPY BIRTHDAY BURPPLE!!

No one can resist an ooey gooey torched marshmallow like that. But it lacked a little oomph needed to elevate the desert.

This was automatically paired with 80% dark chocolate ice cream which I expected to taste bitter, but was surprisingly toothsome. Mild but multi-dimensional enough to taste really refined.

I'm not a chocoholic myself but this place served up an impressive selection of cacao-rich treats!

I was expecting to prefer the gooey s'more more but this was the highlight of the meal here and everyone's clear favourite. I have no words to describe the brownie without embarrassing myself with attempts at personification, so I'll just describe it as "really rich" and "crispy at the edges".

I had the brownie with the sea salt butterscotch which was actually soothingingly mild and helped to cut through the richness of the brownie.

This is the 70% Coasta Rica ice chocolate.Tastewise it's got a good dark chocolate adult taste. Totally good for the people who don't like sweet stuff and prefer the dark side. It's alittle watery as I am used to the creamier milky Mr Bucket version. But, yah, that version will be more fattening. Totally my kind of dessert. Haha. Pricewise, dark gallery isn't exactly good for the pocket as it's 10plus/11 per cup. Some specialty cafes sell theirs for 8plus. Mr bucket chocolatier sells for 6plus per bottle and even 3dollar for bottles that need to be consumed on their same day. I think it really depends of how deep your pockets are and whether your prefer convenience as Dark gallery has more outlets islandwide. If I am on leave I will still travel to Mr bucket chocolatier as the pricing and taste speaks my wallet and taste. But that's my opinion.
