Had the salted caramel sauce paired with their chocolate ice cream !! Sweet and slightly salty but it didn’t overwhelm the ice cream.

3rd visit to the dark gallery and its slowly becoming my fave dessert place in town.

Well known for its chocolate desserts, the dark gallery offers a plethora of drinks, cakes and ice cream creations.

Spoilt for choice once again, I tried their ice cream bars where you get to choose a flavour of ice cream to go with their dark chocolate / salted caramel sauce or a shot of espresso.

I was very impressed with their hazelnut previously but they didn’t have it today so I tried a new flavour: cookie butter. Paired it with their dark chocolate sauce and it was amazing!!! Partially because the dark chocolate sauce was super bitter and the cookie butter helped to balance it out.

Overall, pricings are on a steeper side but it’s well worth your buck.

A small cube of brownie for $7.50. Overpriced and it was more cake-like and crumbled very easily.

The tart with bittersweet dark chocolate was good, but the pour over coffee was acidic and too light for me.

Got the ice cream bar ($9.50) - a scoop of ice cream with toppings and sauce.
Ice cream is smooth and just the right amount of sweetness. Sauce was a tad too sweet.

Chocolate tart ($9) and Single Origin hot chocolate ($8.50)

The hot chocolate was sinfully pleasant. There's a few degrees of chocolate to choose from and I got the 75%. It can be slightly bitter but good for people who enjoys dark chocolate.

The chocolate tart was so so. The ganache could be richer, albeit the texture was rich.

Will visit again for their hot chocolate drink.
