It's your cheat day and looking for a simple indulgent lunch? This Cheat Burger will utterly satisfy you. Sandwiched between toasted fluffy brioche buns, the patty was juicy, flavourful and so satisfying.

The Feather Blade Steak features tender slices of flat iron cut obtained from the shoulder blade, and presented on a wooden board. My medium steak was nicely charred, tender and juicy. As it was lightly seasoned, a dip of the rich, buttery bearnaise sauce complemented well with the meat's savouriness

A refreshing starter with a burst of differing flavours.

For the main, there is the Rosbif ($35) steak, a 180g of Australian wagyu with a marbling score of 6-7. This cut is from the rump area of the cow and it has a meaty texture with the right beefiness that pairs well with the accompanying sauces.

Delicious and flavorful bowl of beef don. There was thinly sliced marinated beef served on top of flavored rice, topped with poached egg, furikake and garlic chips. The beef was tender and soft, and was slightly marinated so it was flavorful and had slight barbecue notes. The rice was savory, probably due to the soy sauce, and the furikake and garlic chips gave it even more flavor. The egg was half boiled and the yolk nicely flowed to coat the rice to make the rice super creamy.

Potatoes | $9
One of my favorite sides here, very flavourful because the potatoes were grilled with beef fat and doused in dill cream which gave a light but herbaceous taste.

Spinach | $8
Creamed spinach was another great complement to the steak. It was cheesy enough yet with a nutty undertone to make the creaminess less overwhelming.

Mushrooms | $9
Grilled portobello mushrooms were decent, nothing mind blowing but was a nice side to have.
