Self picked up the steak and burger today. The burger is amazing - one of the best in SG - very juicy, meaty in a nice bun and sauce. The steak still taste nicely charred even after 30 minutes. Wished they serve the mash potatoes separately though. The spinach side was average, not as worth it.

This is a crappy photo but we agreed that the steak was underwhelming and nothing very outstanding. The sides were interesting - especially the potatoes and carrots. The sauce in the spinach tastes like it included some sort of instant condiment or soup base. Just ok.

The Feather Blade has but 2 mains on the menu- flank steak or Gyudon (and one off-menu burger). 75% of diners order the flank steak apparently 🤭. It’s a modest cut of meat, typically lean and stringy (if overcooked). They execute a good sear on the steak and keep the meat tender cutting across the grain.

Their steak tartare is one umami-bomb. Think raw quail egg and furikake with your raw chopped steak. This just stimulates your appetite- a perfect start to your dinner and drink. What’s more beef if you’re having flank steak anyways?

Juicy, tender. Hearty burger for any day! Although the sharp taste of salt calls for gulps of water after. This over the steak actually. Great ambience, dark, futuristic and warm lights. Free popcorn while you wait for food to arrive.

Served medium rare only, these feather blades of steak where cooked to perfection! Nice chew with salt and pepper seasoning sprinkled across the plate, topped with some scallions. It’s great if you’re looking for clean, nice beef but not for one looking for a hearty, heavily smoked or flavoured meat cut. $11++ for 100g.
