The Float at Marina Bay

During one of the NDP rehearsal , I bought lunch box. The moment I unlock my box, people around us turned and looked at us. While we were picking up the fried udon and start eating it, they looked even more. After we finishing the lunch, I though we were the weirdo. Suddenly, the aunt took beside me took out a box of fried rice. It got even funnier, she reached into her bag and took out a bottle warmer. Lo and behold, it was a bottle of sweet potato soup. Thanks to that auntie, I felt more "normal". AUNTIE, YOU WIN LIAO.
One Pan Recipe - for all the udon lover.
1. Seasoned the steak with P&S.
2. Fried the both side steak for around 3mins each and let it rest.
3. Don't clean the pan. Add in half a stalk of sliced carrot, Two cloves of garlic and One whole slices onion.
4. After they turned brownish, add in the One packet of udon. At this point, just add Five tablespoon of water. Helps the udon to pick up the residue flavors.
5. Add in One packet of any leafy veg. Choose the one with thin stalk - save the cutting time.
6. Seasoned with Two tablespoon of soy sauce and S&P.
One teaspoon of korean chili paste (optional)
7. Sliced up the beef or served it as a whole. 😁😁😁 * Don't add too much water into the pan because the leafy veg will releases "water". ** Always taste the udon while seasoning.
