Refreshing & light drink; citrusy & sweet; love the passionfruit pop that pop inside the mouth & burst with strong passionfruit taste; quite addictive though; came 3/4 full..

Signature cheesecake that is creamy & smooth; cheese taste is not too strong, taste surprisingly light that non-cheese lover also like; came with the honey pollen at the top that add natural sweetness to the dish..

Salmon is well-grilled & with torched mentaiko sauce; sauce is flavorful & creamy yet not overwhelming; pearl rice at the bottom is soft, not mushy; looks plain but flavorful; mildly sweet & sour with apple honey vinegar; with well-cooked japanese egg, seaweed, greens & yellow pickled radish..

Smoked salmon & egg mayo sandwiched between 2 buttermilk waffles; waffles are crispy outside, soft & fluffy inside; well-balanced taste; not over buttery or milky or strong flour taste; smoked salmon has no fishy taste, mild salty but would be better with more pieces; egg mayo taste surprisingly light, not too much mayo & portion is good (twice > salmon); mushrooms is well-cooked to soft, lightly marinated, slight peppery taste, portion a little small; greens are fresh & crunchy; the small bottle of honey is very sweet & thick that add natural sweetness to the waffles very well; love the small cup of fruit salad that is citrusy & appetizing..

I’ll never say no to chocolate tart. The dark chocolate ganache was strong on the chocolate taste. But the vanilla tart shell could be crispier.

Good old traditional baked cheesecake that’s infused with honey and osmanthus flower. And damn it’s been awhile since I had a cheesecake with a digestive biscuit base. The cream cheese was rich and creamy that doesn’t feel too cloying. And you can’t fail to notice the fresh, floral taste of the osmanthus. And I love baked cheesecakes for its sweet, crumbly digestive biscuit base.
