Shake them up before the unfastening for the salted egg yolk crumbs to diffuse over the crisps and you are good to go. Intense curry aroma, comfortable level of spiciness, not overly salted. The kind you would spoon the bits and finish up at one sitting. Oh and those curry leaves were crispy and good too!
