The Meat is Tender & Moist, the Barbecue Sauce has nothing to shout about but the Char on the Ribs was pretty well done especially on the ends. šŸ˜‹

ACAMASTIPSšŸ’®: This isn't on the regular menu, it's on Halia's Special Daily Menu. So if you wanna try it, I suggest you call & ask before you reserve a table.
The portion is Generous, I mean really quite Generous therefore come with your plus 1 or if you are really famished. šŸ––šŸ»

Chicken was well flavoured, however, the leg portion was slightly undercooked. Excellent service by the staff! However, food took quite a while to arrive.

Comes with Italian pork sausage, sweetened bacon, mushroom, vine tomato and toasted sourdough.
Use the Entertainer App 1-for-1 to make this meal worthwhile. This is a pretty basic breakfast plate with your choice style of eggs. Bacon wasn't sweet to me, give me candied bacon from my favourite cafe any day.
At this price point for brunch, it'd be great if the restaurant could offer fresh juices. Also it would've been great if most of the brunch items were available. About 5 items weren't available for brunch, limiting what we could order.

A very light and refreshing start to my Sunday. Loved the sweetness of the juicy watermelon slab along with variated flavours of the different tomatoes that added vibrant colours to the plating. My favourite part of this salad would have to be the fried boccacinni cheese. Nothing beats biting into soft cheese. šŸ˜‹
The only weird thing would have to be when the waitress came up to ask how was my meal. She gave a sort of pause after I said it was ok which led me to ask why she was asking. Her reply was that they wanted to know if the combination of items on the plate worked well together which irritated me a little cos the dish was on the "chef's specials" menu which started me thinking it's a new dish and I was one of their first guinea pigs. Does not feel good to be a guinea pig when paying for a meal. But luckily we were using our Entertainer app and it was sorta 1-for-1.
I'd skip the coffee here if you're a coffee snob. Apart from that, the overall experience was good and the food was satisfying.

This salad was just AMAZING - just because it was so truffle-infused it just smelled and tasted so great! This is the Asparagus Salad and I tried it during the first time I went for a wedding set in a cosy small little restaurant, where food was served in their normal meal portions for a group of 4-6 guests to try. Nonetheless I believe this salad is also offered on Halia's regular menu. The asparagus is stir-fried and infused generously in truffle oil. It is mixed with rocket leaves - which was not too bitter because of he asparagus and other items in the salad, bacon and topped with an onsen egg. I feel that the onsen egg, if "broken" and mixed with the salad, doesn't really give justice to the truffle-infused asparagus. Thus you can either try it separately or have it mixed slightly with the leaves. Other food in the Halia's menu is great as well and if you have the time and money ($$$- not really cheap since it's at he Raffles Hotel) you may want to give it a go!

The sweet, tender halibut soaked in a rich, almost creamy Chinese-esque broth, whilst enoki mushrooms and broccoli were on hand for crunch and (along with the sushi rice) Asian cheerleader duties. 3.7/5
