Raspberry yogurt cake was awesome. Green tea beverages were too sweet and the price is higher than Starbucks
Old school, simple but well made with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle of chocolate sauce..
I have heard some good reviews about this place. But my visit proved them wrong and made me realized reviews are just individual opinions and you should try it yourself because you have different taste preferences.
I ordered grilled chicken with black pepper sauce and grilled chicken Hawaiian sandwich. The promotion poster looks good right? But HECK NO. Price shots at both of my orders at the bottom. Grilled chicken was tremendously SMALL and presentation was horrible as well. Look at the poster and look at my picture (bottom left). Grilled chicken sandwich looks very much different too. Especially the sandwich bread. This order came without fries and I HAD to ask for it. Where's the standard? Coleslaw tasted very funky and bitter too.
Service was incredibly slow as well. The waiters were all over the place and couldn't catch up with the orders. THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHICH TABLE THE ORDER IS SUPPOSED TO GO TO.
I hope The Library improves. Although it's a lunch promotion and it's just RM 15 for each set, you do not serve your customers like this. Was RM 15 worth the half an hour to an hour wait? No. Go to Johnny Rockets or Wondermana X next door.
Food: 0/10 Price: 0/10 (RM 15 each set- I rarely give 0 because I know how much effort they put in. But this was unforgivable. Bad service. Deceiving food. Not fresh ingredients. The whole house that day was mad.)
