A Quintessential Nonya High Tea
Inspired by the hotel’s heritage precinct, Chef Desmond and team curated Peranakan desserts highlights classic desserts with elements of modernity, such as the Bubur Hitam, Pandan Cake and Nonya Kuehs.
My favourite from the savoury will be Jumbo lump crabmeat with grape jelly,grapes and cripsy mantou.
And from the sweet will be Soya Beancurd ( yes beancurd in high tea set 🤩), smooth firm beancurd with brown sugar syrup (I wish I can have one big bowl 🤣).

Weekdays :
