Barramundi with cous cous and heirloom tomatoes ($32) and kurobuta pork belly with apple chutney, pumpkin purée and sweet potato crisps ($32) — slightly on the pricey side for a casual brunch, but really really good quality food. Please use your burpple 1-1 if you haven’t already!!

Prawn and scallops pasta (~$26) was Super generous with the prawns and scallops, and they were SO JUICY and fresh!! 🍤 Pasta base was pretty solid and thick, but not thick that it would get jelak! Slightly peppery and salty, I thought it complemented the milder tasting meats 😛

Styled and presented like the typical char siew you can find in Chinese restaurant BUT HOLY PORK taste and texture is in another dimension you should never miss. Pumpkin mash has a clean taste and does not overpowered the pork. Using burpple beyond, its a deal that one should not miss!

One of the best risotto I’ve ever tried! Instead of sinful carbs, this dish was served with barley instead of rice. Each grain was flavoured with seafood broth, so rich and umami. I really love the richness of this dish. It’s creamy yet not cloying. They were pretty generous with the serving of lobster meat too 🦞

Love the presentation of the lobster burger in a pasta dish, sat on top of a bed of fries. Each chunky lobster was sweet in taste, and well coated in miso mayo. The sesame seed bun was lightly toasted on the underside and at the top as well, therefore providing a slight crunch as you cut into it. The mix of veggies between the bun added another layer of brunch texture to the bite. Every mouthful was so delightful! It’s kinda pricy at >$34++ but I guess it kinda justified the quality and portion. Oo, and the ambience was great too! Particularly loved how the outlet at downtown had really high ceilings!

PS: In the latest visit, the lobster burger didn’t come in such presentation anymore! It’s simply on a plate with fries on the side...

I frigging love the food here so much! There’s literally nothing bad to say at all plus the ambience is really nice n chill, perfect place to hangout w friends. The TUNA SALAD oh boy it’s d best I wrote abt it under “Health” listing, n the caramelised pork was so soft n fatty, while the barramundi was so tender n well-cooked. Would come bk again
