Deep Fried Camembert - this was some pretty good stuff. The deep fried camembert was nice to have (with the crispy exterior and creamy interior), and the yogurt ice cream was really nice (complete with sour tanginess). Also served with some granola (which took my friend by surprise), strawberries, rhubarb jam and chamomile honey (don't remember tasting the rhubarb and chamomile though).

C&C&C&C Pasta (S$16.90++, starter portion) - The Masses’ signature mainstay in their rotating menu. This was rich and bursting in umaminess - first the lobster sauce hits you. You also have the chorizo bits, the generously laden crabmeat, and a sprinkling of caviar. Goes really well with the pasta, for which the texture is just right. Served cold, this is definitely something that I would have again. I would suggest to get the starter portion (unless you're sharing the main portion with others), so that you can try some of their other dishes as well.

Deep Fried Camembert 🤩 ($11.90) - This is my first time trying Camembert and woah woah woah! Never knew I will actually appreciate Cheese so much! My friend didn’t really like it but I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! This is really a dish based on personal preference. I have to admit that it has this smelly funky cheese taste. To describe in a nasty way, taste like smelly sock haha (sorry I don’t really eat cheese so kinda lack of vocab to describe it). But I ENJOYED THIS TASTE lingering in my mouth. And eating the crunchy hot oozy Camembert with the melty cold ice cream and the tangy strawberry jam was just PERFECT! All the taste and texture just go so well together!

Lamb Ribs 🙆🏻‍♀️ ($16.90) - The lamb came and we were so scared because it was so black and has a super strong burnt smell. But end up the charred taste was so amazing! And it was so tender! And some parts were actually pretty fatty. a bit too fatty for my liking. The funny thing is that I didn’t even realise it was lamb. There was ZERO gamey taste. It tasted like pork ribs.

Duck Confit 🙆🏻‍♀️ ($19.90) - The duck was super juicy and tender! Easily removed from bone. But the horfun was a bit of a disappointment because supposed to have wokhey according to the menu but I couldn’t really taste it (might be because I didn’t eat it immediately when served). It was pretty normal.

C&C&C&C Paste 🤩 ($23.90) - Crabmeat, Chorizo, Caviar, Confit in lobster sauce.
The amazing presentation of this dish just made me salivate! You can totally see how generous they are with the ingredients. It looks like a fine-dining dish but only $23.90! It was amazing in terms of taste as well! I really like the pasta sauce. It was creamy and thick, coating every part of the pasta after mixing. Lots of flavour in every mouth of the pasta!
