Located above Simpang Bedok, this stall serves unexpectedly good pasta. This was the special of the day, but you can actually create it as well as they allow you to customise your pasta by adding on ingredients that you want. And while this has no chilli, they informed me I could get it with chilli if I wanted. This aglio olio has a generous amount of garlic, clams and especially crabmeat. There’s already plenty in the photo but I actually ate some before taking the photo! Great value for money and recommended.

Oh gosh what a hidden gem! As an avid lover of blue cheese, its just pure joy randomly stumbling upon a place that offers the unique blue cheese as fheir cheese base. Most importantly, they aren't even stingy about their portion. It was simply mouth-watering and with the natural saltiness of blue cheese, initially we thought that adding a slice of ham would not do good. But we were so wrong. It was a perfect combination!

The truffle fries is worth a mention too, it was freshly fried and the truffle portion was very generous which allowed us to fully enjoy the deep musky aroma. The wild mushroom soup was rich and thick, accompanied with a crispy garlic bread for dipping.

Honestly, its too good that we just have to share.

We'd really rate it a 9/10 with our fussy tastebuds!

(didn't get to take photos of my meal bc was too hungry + dabaoed during circuit breaker so wasn't quite aesthetic)

The grilled mixed veg aglio olio ($9) was scrumptious with a solid olive oil sauce base filled with generous amounts of garlic (my fav!). There's also a good balance of grilled veggies like zucchini, wild mushrooms and pasta. My dad who's not usually into italian food loved it!

I ordered the white wine vongole ($9), which had white asiatic clams that were fresh and pretty plump compared to other clam pastas I ate at other hawker places. Enjoyed slurping up the white wine sauce which had more of a soupy texture; fresh and well-seasoned with pepper and coriander.

Worthy of note is that despite dabaoing via pick-up, the pasta still retained the al dente texture across the two pasta dishes. Asked for chilli in both pasta dishes which was enjoyable for us but could be a bit too spicy for the uninitiated.

The wild mushroom soup with garlic bread ($5) was a bit of a letdown: the cream taste overpowered the mushrooms and the soup was too creamy to my liking, even though I enjoy cheese- and cream-heavy dishes. The garlic bread was deliciously crispy on the edge but could have a stronger garlic spread taste.

Still, I enjoyed the meal and am looking forward to go back and try other dishes! Quite value-for-money for the quality as Italian hawker food.

By default it's gonna be the Thin in the middle and thick around crust, so just take note if u want to change to Thin crust or calzone. Unfortunately the middle really was quite Thin and doesnt hold its shape no matter what, making it a mess to eat. As usual im not a Fan of truffle oil, and here particularly i feel it doesnt fit the other elements at all. Cheese was gooey and beef Cheek was super tender and full of beedy flavour.

A very generous portion, and it was very creamy indeed. Good earthy flavours but could have had more mushroom umami. Garlic bread could be stronger and it was complegely dehydrated so u can break it up into Small pieces instead of dipping else it wouldnt soak up the soup well

Crust was slightly crispy, very soft n chewy. Filling was passable with a generous amount of stretch mozz, but not enough flavour. Tomato could have been stronger. Decent for hawker food
