These delicate babies were full of flavors yet not coyingly sweet. We especially enjoyed the plain Swiss roll. The cream was incredibly smooth, soft and creamy. It was a right balance of sweetness and eggy taste. Could really taste that the cream was handmade and not just some store bought cream.

Earl grey Swiss roll was also delicious. The earl grey flavor permeated through the cream. It wasn’t just some artificial flavoring. I could really taste the authenticity of the earl grey, where it was brewed and infused into the cream.

Forgot to mention, the cake was soft and spongy and airy. Very very delicious and more importantly not overly sweet. A perfect afternoon treat!

Another plus point: the cafe is adorned with beautiful decorations and minimalist design. Very insta-worthy!

Tried two of their Swiss roll, the lychee rose and the meringue roulade. The meringue roulade reminded me of the raspberry wafer ice cream we used to have when we were younger❤️. The Swiss rolls were decent, although pricey without burpple beyond 1 for 1.

We got the burpple 1 for 1 set and tea:
🍰 Thai milk tea swiss roll
🍰 Nutella swiss roll
🍵 Lychee tea
🍵 Pandan tea
totalled to $13.90.

Pretty decent swiss rolls and teas, but just a tat pricey. And 2 pots of tea for 2 ppl makes you a lil blotted.

Had the Chocolate Raspberry Swiss roll (~$5.90) and the Blueberry Meringue Swiss roll (~$5.90) and I’d say it was pretty average, pricey even for Swiss rolls. Texture of the chocolate raspberry roll was Super soft though, which was quite nice!
Matcha Croissant (~$4.90??) was flaky and matcha taste was evident but not strong, and the whole croissant fell apart easily!
Cheese scone (~$2.90) was a strange fusion of sweet and salty and I’d suggest not putting any jam on the cheese scone

Paying $5.90 for a classic swiss roll?!! NO WAY! But 1 for 1 with Burpple Beyond, now we are talking. Paid $10.90 for 2 cups of coffee and classic swiss rolls. My wallet and stomach is pleased.

We got the Ispahan roll and salted caramel roll with 2 pots of green and black lychee teas. The Rolls were soft and fluffy with thick creamy centers. Sets only cost 14.90 with 1 for 1 burpple redemption.
