Salmon cooked just nice (what I’m always looking out for), a good variety of ingredients that make the dish interesting enough! Especially love the barley included with quinoa, it’s not very common to come by :-) Plus the dou ya!!

what are you thinking about 😏)! Randomly found this cafe near our new place and it was not too bad. Other than the gush of weird smell upon entering the cafe, the food was quite good. But they should really work on the smell though. #domwatertype #shiokalaosaimax #burpple

Affordable pricing, the coffee is great and love their crockery used. Everything at this small and cozy cafe is so well thought of! We enjoyed our brunch here and will be back again.

Pulled Beef Grain Bowl - which features 24-hour stewed beef, sous-vide egg, mixed mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, slaw salad, and seasoned beansprouts resting on a bed of mixed grains.

Had this salmon bowl with barley and quinoa mix after a day working in the west. It's light and nicely done but honestly I prefer quinoa without the barley... other than that it's nothing out of this world but definitely a very decent lunch meal. It's also good to know that people living in ulu jurong west have something nice they can pamper themselves with.

Ah, Playground Coffee, I can always count on you for delicious brunches.

What I like about the Sous-vide Eggs Benedict ($15 - only available on weekends) & Hearty Breakfast ($16) is that they come with a whole host of sides. I value variety over quantity so that works out perfectly for me. I personally prefer the former because I am not a fan of sausages & bacon.. But the sides are pretty similar, so it's all about your preference.

& of course, my favourite cup of Magic ($5) - I love it because it has less milk (¾ the usual amount). They've changed the beans since I last visited, but still lovely & gets a thumbs up from me!
