i got brown rice, curry cauliflower, egg white spinach, spicy chicken, super seeds with pesto dressing. remember to BYO for $0.50 off! even though it was the smallest size, they were really generous and it was more than enough for me. the chicken was really flavourful, cauliflower was alright but egg white spinach is a little bland, i suppose the dressing makes up for it. would definitely come back to try the other options when i wanna have something healthy.

Missing the salad life a lot (don't get any near my place), and this definitely satisfied the salad craving! Can't recommend their beetroot hummus and egg white spinach enough! ($15)

A favourite here is the Small Human Feed ($13) for one protein, two sides, and three vegetable toppings. Love their beetroot hummus n egg white spinach the most. Their smallest serving is huge, can share between 2 girls. Hands down more value for money than daily cut

Got the Human Sized bowl ($13). Very filling! Was shared between two and we were both stuffed. Would be too much for one, I’d reckon. The beetroot humus was especially tasty.

Very generous portions! Beetroot hummus (cold topping) was buttery and there wasn’t the beetroot smell that I dislike, so I enjoyed it. Texture wise there was a good mix of purée & chickpea bits. The shimeiji mushrooms & roasted veg (zucchini, cucumber, tomato, onion) were good! I was surprised by how much I liked them. Pesto sous vide chicken breast wasn’t dry, and the pesto went well with it. I got brown rice as my base, which made this meal even more filling.

Will be back bc this was delicious and healthy, which is what I need for office lunchtime meals :)
