The Sandwich Shop (Gateway East)

Crayfish always reminds me a little of lobster albeit a less luxurious version. In this cold sandwich, the fresh-tasting crayfish is cut into chunks and tossed in a bit of light mayo dressing prior to being used as a filling. Joining the crayfish in between those slices of preservative-free bread is a generous amount of rocket leaves and a few slices of tomato. Confession: I am so into this sandwich right now I could eat it everyday if it's available 😋

To boost my hummus wrap lunch, I picked up this mini "Protein Pot". Comprising of minced poached salmon, rocket leaves and tomato slices, it tasted very pure and bright, especially with a squirt of fresh lemon juice. I wouldn't mind having this as a healthy snack in between meals either 😊
