Picking vegetarian item in the Soup Spoon lead us to this pumpkin soup (other than the roasted vegetable chilli cheese stew). It is comforting but we don’t have much to say except that it is healthy.😜

Vegetarian, gluten free but contain dairy πŸ₯›.
We would crown this as our most favourite soup from soup spoon. It is spicy 🌢 but the cheese soothes the palette well turning the soup to be so addictive! πŸ‘ #perfectforfluseason

Got this as part of their set meal. Over priced and not worth your money. 2 small pieces of chicken and less than half a boiled egg in this one.

Got this as part of their Set B set meals. Pathetic bowl of mostly soup broth with barely much chicken meat. There are some carrots and radish in it too. Wouldnt go again. Their standards have dropped.

The Soup Spoon’s menu now comes with calorie counts for not only their soups, but their wraps, flat breads and salads as well. The beef bulgogi flatbread is reasonably low in calories, but packs big on taste. The beef bulgogi is quite tender, and there is a good amount of meat, as well as lettuce and cucumbers in the flatbread. The beef was spicier then I expected, but very manageable. The tender beef, paired with some nutty quinoa, plus crunchy lettuce and flatbread, made this a delicious and perfectly sized side to go with a soup (Set B).
