Seafood bisque had a lot of mussels and was pretty chunky. Considering the large bowl, the chunky texture made it hard to eat. Would have preferred a smooth texture, especially for a bisque. Taste wise, it had a good balance of flavours and a good seafood taste from the mussels.
Soba was absolutely bad. The noodles were mushy and texture wise was like eating a boiled potato.
The last time I visited the soup spoon I didn't had a problem with their food, so I have to wonder if being a chain restaurant have dropped the quality of their products.
