The Tea Party (NTU)

Been a while I had Tea Party pasta and was kinda shocked by the increased pricing and the smaller portion than before. :( Also, no longer serving it on a plate but instead in a takeaway box.
Linguine cooked with a base of cream, chopped garlic and onion, added capsicum, chilli padi, and chinese roasted duck. Comes with a small cup of iced lemon tea.
Despite being expensive, the pasta actually taste good. The noodles were al dente and coated nicely with the right amount of cream, not too little or too much. I give it to them for using real chinese roasted duck like the one you find in your neighbourhood roasted delight stall. Roasted duck bone majority had been removed and the taste was savoury tender and exactly like local. Wonder where they ordered it. The use of chilli to add some kick to the noods.

Although their aglio is toward the slightly wetter side, it actually taste okay. Savoury, lightly salty, garlicky and mild spicy. Cooked with mushroom, onion and prawn with olive oil.

Truffle Fries($4.50)👌
Crispy fries with decent amount of truffle and saltiness taste but a little too expensive for that portion.😕
Butterscotch Milk(Iced)($4.50)
Sugary, buttery caramelised milk.
