I don’t normally fancy Korean sides, but theirs is quite good! We dined close to their lunch closing so the spread is not as much, but quality is 👌🏻. Beansprouts are notable, crunchy and perfectly spiced

True to its name, we were given three-layer fat pork belly barbecued and served on a sizzling platter. Lightly seasoned with salt and pepper and partnered with kimchi, gochujang and lettuce on the side

Try to not let it sit for too long as the meat gets slightly tough

This chilly weather got me thinking of this sundubu jjigae from Three Meals A Day. With just the right amount of spice, this piping hot stew is comforting, filling, and satisfying. Topped with either seafood or pork (opted for the former), their generous serving makes the broth more savoury yet still clear. But the success of this dish is from their perfectly cooked soft tofu, which seeped all the flavours of the stew

Would enjoy it better with a runny egg topping (overcooked alr) and without broken mussel shells 😅 loved this decently priced dish nonetheless

Love the bibimbap here! The meats are always nicely marinated and tender, both the beef (which I tried previously) and this chicken. Chicken looks red and spicy but it was rly not spicy. The combination of vegetables is up my alley too - there’s zucchini, carrots, radish, Korean beansprouts, and gosari namul (bracken fiddleheads), something not commonly served in bibimbap in sg! The rice is plump and moist but not mushy, and forms this beautiful golden brown scorched rice (not burnt) which was sooo roasty and fragrant. And it’s cheap compared to Myung ga’s $20 bibimbap which I also enjoy. It’s a good portion that doesn’t make me feel stuffed.

Order bimbimbamp and cold noodle. The bimbimbamp tasted ok which give me more of claypot rice feel.

The cold noodle was colder than expected. After few mouthful, it started to taste weird.

Dinner time craving for Sundubu Jjigae(Spicy Soft Tofu Stew). And the best place to have Korean food, is at this Bukit timah enclave of Korean Food, just by my finger count, there are almost 10 or more Korean food stalls here. Challenge was where to find parking on an eve of Public Holiday Dinner time.

Three Meals a day is one of the more popular Korean food stall and saw many good reviews for their Sundubu Jjigae, so decided to jump right in after parking.

1) Sundubu Jjigae(Pork/Seafood)
- Reviews from google will never be wrong, this is indeed good. The pork was soft and tender despite being in thick pieces. The soup when mixed with the egg and tofu was just damn good. Its not very spicy unlike the spicy & dark red version at SBCD.

2) Haemul Pajeon (Seafood Pancake)
- Another popular dish here at 3mealsAday. The pancakes were crispy. Seafood was fresh, especially the Squid.

3) Bulgogi Chicken
- Chicken soft and tender. This was rather spicy and was a little too sweet for me.

4) Banchan
- for the first time, I actually can't stop eating all of the side dishes. Even the Beansprouts were good. The anchovies were my favourite.
