PSA each bowl of rice is 2++

Sweet marinade, slight alcohol taste, but otherwise a lot of satisfying meat. Very tender if just a tad dry, more than compensated by the onions. Not bad

PSA do make reservations or else you'll be waiting in the sun for a long time!!

So this doesn't come w cheese normally, but I like cheese so why not. This isn't super melty or stretchy(maybe cos of the temperature?), I wouldn't say it's super harmonious but it's not bad, and not too jelak. The chicken bulgogi was spot on w a deep flavour and very addictive. Highly recommended

P.S. The portions here are really good, enough to share but not too much either. Just for reference 2 guys who are relatively big eaters shared 3 meats and 1 stew +3 bowls of rice, and were pretty filled. Just a homely vibe and the food was nothing weird, solid Korean done well

Not to be mistaken with the same item in the ala carte menu for 30++

Absolutely delicious, well executed w a sweet marinade and well charred at the bottom for crispiness. Get to share, w rice

Taste was nowhere near as one dimensional as I expected, rather enjoyable and the pork was cooked well too, tender and meaty w a satisfying bite

Pretty decent, the fishcake left an impression as I haven't had too many of those. Kimchi was well fermented but not too intense not spicy. Sweet glazed anchovies were interesting too, Mac was abit plain. My friend really liked the beansprouts and that's the only plate we got another of

Japchae was nicely seasoned and delicious, Seafood pancake crispy and generous with seafood fillings. The sauce to accompany the pancake was good as well. The stir fry beef with sauce was quite good, enjoyed it. The kimchi soup is standard albeit on the sour side. The fried chicken however is different; was surprised at the coating of the chicken. It was more tempura-like and expected it not to be crispy. However, it was pretty crispy and the chicken is fresh. Taste was a letdown however as it was bland. Order the one with sauce instead. Most of the banchan (side dishes) are subpar. Overall, pretty standard and no standout dishes.
