A lovely rendition with springy tender soft juicy crunchy textures, and bright fruity floral earthy sweet zesty sour nutty flavours.

Great dessert on a hot afternoon.

Red ruby was crunchy and generous serving, comes with some additional white "chendol like" strips.

Generous amount of coconut milk syrup. Dessert was milky and shiok.

This was such a refreshing treat on a hot day! 😋 This is your usual ice kachang but upgraded (because of the yummy vanilla ice cream!) Would have been better if there was more gula melaka, but that’s just a personal preference. Will come back for more if I’m ever at Tiong Bahru market again!

Having a bowl of cold dessert, Ice Kacang (that’s my favourite local childhood dessert!) @ Tian Tian Yuan Dessert House on a leisure weekend, feels so good! ❤️ #burpple

The Food
I ordered a bowl of cold honeydew sago topped with generous portion of honeydew chunks, tadpole jelly and fresh thick coconut milk. The honeydew chunks are sweet hence there is no need to put the coloured syrup. The tadpole jelly also have a crunchy texture and overall very refreshing especially after a nice meal.

The Price
Reasonably priced at $1.50 hence value for money.

Overall
I will definitely come back again to try other types of dessert and highly recommended to try this!

Everyone seems to have heard of this dessert stall. And it sure lives up to its name. For just $2+, you get a huge bowl or traditional Chinese deserts and the shop is very generous with the ingredients. Finding water chestnuts in the chin teng was a nice surprise and the iced jelly had a lot of tadpole jelly and nata de coco too!
