Starting the week on a SWEET note with these desserts from the buffet line at Tiffany Cafe at Furama City Centre! 😍😍😍 Sweet treats never fail to capture my heart!! ❤

Alongside perennial favourites such as mini tea cakes 🍰, creme brulee, mango mousse cake 🥭 chocolate truffle cake 🍫, refreshing lemongrass jelly, apple struddel 🍏, eclairs, they even offer hot desserts like white fungus with longan 😋😋😋!

At the end of the dessert line, be treated to an alluring fondue! Didnt get a good pic but my favourite was their Durian Pengat! 💯

Being a local company, Furama Singapore believes that it is important to support and collaborate with the local farm community to bring a twist on their local dishes during this 54th National Day.
From now to 31 August, The Square @ Furama (Furama RiverFront) and Tiffany Café & Restaurant (Furama City Centre) will be transforming raw produce to an array of delectable on their buffet table. To complete the farm-to-table experience, their local partners will also be having pop-up stores at The [email protected] Furama and Tiffany Cafe & Restaurant every weekend till end August, for you to understand more about the local farm scene.

Featuring first, the highlight dishes from Tiffany Cafe & Restaurant located at Furama City Centre. Tiffany has a halal certified kitchen.

Chic-Kut-Teh Noodles with Charcoal & Whole Grain You Tiao;
Presenting their interpretation of local’s favourite Bak Kut Teh, they have replaced pork rib with chicken meat. Prepared daily for hours using Head Chef Cho’s secret recipe of fragrant herbs and spices, this clear and moderately peppery broth is paired with the springy Mee Sua from @handpicked.sg to give you the bowl of comfort that your body constantly crave for.

Baked Barramundi with Sambal Chilli; Fresh & Massive 4 to 5kg Barramundi from @kuhlbarra caught off the waters of
Singapore. Baked for 45 minutes and marinated with tangy and spicy homemade Sambal Chilli, the fresh fish has a sweet and clean tasting undertone to it, the firm white flesh makes it juicy and succulent, leaving you to yearn for more.

Nice buffet dinner. This is sambal crayfish in the buffet spread. nicer than crabs. Halal also.

Here's another buffet where you can bring your Muslim friends to, with a special shoutout to their DIY rojak and laksa stations for a bit more fun during your dining experience.

But as with any buffet, the desserts are always what I'm looking forward to and I'm glad that the ones here are done pretty well. The chocolate-based pastries are the best in my opinion! Oh and they have durian pengat too, but it may be too mild for the hardcore durian lovers.

The buffet lunch costs $53.80++ per pax, but I saved half the bill thanks to Burpple Beyond's 1-for-1 deal!
