Lor Bak Capellini (3/10) - the herbal taste is too strong, just think of it as fried hongkong noodle with strong taste of herbs.

Hae Bee Hiam Spaghetti (4/10) - slightly better, basically just spaghetti fried with Hae Bee and 3 prawns. Nothing fanciful.

Truffle Fries - definitely not worth the $10 paid. The menu states “fries tossed with truffle salt and truffle oil, served with truffle mayonnaise”, omg. I just went to look back the menu and realised that. What we got was merely fries with the truffle mayonnaise, ABSOLUTELY ZERO TASTE OF TRUFFLE SALT AND TRUFFLE OIL (I swear to god) and I legit thought the Mayo is where the “truffle” should come from.

Ambience was great, went on a Saturday and was still able to get a table. They only had 4 pasta to choose from, ordered these two. Quite special I would say, Lor Bak pasta was very flavourful and had a herbal aftertaste. The Hei Bi Hiam pasta smells very good but was rather bland in flavour. Probably will not come back for this menu, see what they will have next.

Tastes exactly like its name. I felt like I was eating the same Laksa as I would at a coffee shop except that the noodles were replaced with spaghetti. You’d like it if you liked laksa.
I liked the restaurant set up - it’s located at the top floor of Jewel, so it felt very open with greenery around you, as if you were Alfresco dining without the humid, hot Singaporean weather.

we got the laksa prawns spaghetti. disclaimer: the menu makes everything look more savoury and larger in proportion than it actually is. as for the flavour of the laksa itself, it was pretty good and authentic to the original that you’d get at hawkers. didn’t rly seem that much of a “fusion” dish, just looked like a dry version of your regular laksa made with pasta instead. the biggest disappointment were the toppings - ESPECIALLY THE EGGS. i guess i just expected more incorporation of western flavours and spices. but it’s a tasty dish nonetheless!

Using 2 deals for 4 pastas. TSL only has 4 pastas, we hv ordered all 4. Laska and he bi hiam consider ok. Gong bao feel like normal mee. Lor ba not worth to try.
