we got the laksa prawns spaghetti. disclaimer: the menu makes everything look more savoury and larger in proportion than it actually is. as for the flavour of the laksa itself, it was pretty good and authentic to the original that you’d get at hawkers. didn’t rly seem that much of a “fusion” dish, just looked like a dry version of your regular laksa made with pasta instead. the biggest disappointment were the toppings - ESPECIALLY THE EGGS. i guess i just expected more incorporation of western flavours and spices. but it’s a tasty dish nonetheless!

Using 2 deals for 4 pastas. TSL only has 4 pastas, we hv ordered all 4. Laska and he bi hiam consider ok. Gong bao feel like normal mee. Lor ba not worth to try.

Housed on the top floor of Jewel Changi Airport sits Tiger Beer's first experiential concept store that invites you to eat and experience Singapore's local culture. In collaboration with Timbre X, enjoy a ice cold pint of Tiger Beer along with their Asian-fusion pastas and mains! Must-orders include their Laksa Prawns Spaghetti ($20) and "Lor Bak" Capellini ($19), which features a slow braised pork belly and capellini cooked in their signature braised sauce. Don't forget to try their Tiger Seasonal Brew ($13), which is exclusive to Tiger Street Lab!

Chicken was overcooked. Sauce was lighter than the laksa, but was also a bit too overpowering with the pasta, tasted saltier and less kicky. Was disappointed with this combination.

Went for the dinner combo which was $60 for 2 mains, and 2 beers on tap. Overall a good deal. Dish was spicier than expected and it came in this UFO looking plate which, although unique, made it hard to dig through the dish. Ingredients were rather bland/normal and the sauce did not gel together well. Got "gelat" after a few more bites.

Mozzarella was piping hot and went great with the zesty dip. Was a nice pairing with the malty Tiger White. Overall this place is rather pricey for the quantity and quality of the dishes.
