With a food menu featuring Para Picars, Ceviches and Anticuchos, guests can enjoy the vibrant flavours of Peru through a grazing dining concept designed to encourage the social and familial style of dining. At the rooftop terrace, guests can also catch the chefs in action at the parilla grill, skillfully executing the delectable treats. Drawing inspirations from some of the oldest pisco bars in Lima, Tiger’s Milk also features a library of piscos for guests to choose from. An extensive list of pisco-infused concoctions exclusively developed by Tiger Milk’s team of bartenders awaits, complimented with music exploring the many rich and colourful textures of South American culture.
