Something simple for a quick fix. Simple pasta paired with an egg, side salad and two meatballs topped with bolognese sauce. Bolognese is a little sweet and sourish with minced meats. Meatball though is a little dry on the outside but feel a little bouncy and chewy on the interior, something different from a typical meatball. Hazelnut mochacinno is good, with a balanced medium acidic and chocolatey note. And the place is quite quiet, making it a good hangout spot for some quiet time.

A new cafe at east village simpang. Great for some late night work and read. Had the waffles and chamomile tea set. I'm now ready to sleep.

We warned upon order that the Seafood Lasagne was going to be small and not filling for one, and yes indeed as it came in a Ramekin bowl. Loved the gooey cheesy layer over the top, with the tomato-based sauce that adds a bit of tanginess to the dish. Did not really like how the lasagne was plainly layers of pasta in the middle, and neither the tough and rubbery prawns and squids at the bottom impressed me.

Tasting more caramel-sweet than its intending green tea flavour, it was less than impressive especially when the shells shattered into tiny pieces instead of holding together with a bite.

According to the staff, the Time Table which is their signature drink is a Flat White with whipped cream, almond flakes and caramel sauce. It's sweet when mixed, and it kinds of remind me of Starbucks-style coffee (which may or may not be a good thing).

Classic example of how not to run an eatery. It was only after we ate that we realised that there ain't a proper kitchen; just ovens and microwaves. Spied their display cabinet only to find a pack of 7-11 Ready-To-Eat pack of microwavable pasta hiding behind the bottles. The tomato-based pasta looks sad and dry, and honestly not much beefiness going on. The Mee Siam-styled egg also looks a tad odd with veggies smacked with mayo. Just plain odd.
