Back at Tino’s, they have created this Mao Shan Wang pizza ($21.90), marrying the durian fruit with a cheesy pizza base, a representation of how two supposedly food that don’t mash together, come together as one. Just like in Singapore, the two camps of people are divided on a love-hate relationship for durian but come tomorrow, the country is united as one People, one nation, one Singapore.
