You would think the sauce jazzed up the potato. The fries however turned out better and could do without peanut butter. It was also a little jarring pairing savoury and sweet.

Not a fan of tomato base so couldn't like this. But it was quite a treat, featuring pineapple, broccoli and oyster mushrooms.

If you don't mind meatless, this is very good. Not sure why the pasta got burnt and stuck on the pan though.

No regrets. This had tuna, meatballs and shrimps. It tasted unique yet not too radical. Fusion done right.

Available in both Napoletana (9 inch thick crust) and Romena (12 inch thin crust), the freshly hand-tossed Truffle Salmonrita Pizza is a unique twist to your traditional pizzas. When at it, do also order the Peanut Butter Fries ($5.90), a combination of peanut butter and beef bacon bits on fries that might raise a couple of eyebrows in the beginning but it will eventually be an appetizer that everyone will want a piece of.

It might sound absurd but using these D24 ($16.9/$22.9) and Mao Shan Wang Durian ($21.9/$27.9) on Tino's hand tossed Italian pizza base worked for me. Generous amount of durian flesh are extracted from the fruit and mixed with cheese, before being baked to a creamy molten filling that is best enjoyed freshly out of the oven. I preferred the Mao Shan Wang due to its stronger taste with slight bitter notes!

It will be available on Tino's menu from this Saturday, 1st April across all 3 outlets at Tiong Bahru, The CentrePoint and Resort World Sentosa.
