This French style artisan bakery, founded by master baker Gontran Cherrier and operated by the Spa Esprit Group, has been established since May 2012.
.
Their rendition is rich, thick, and indulgent, carrying deep chocolatey milky bitter sweet flavour.
.
Strong and warming, great with breads and pastries.

Green Tea Croissant - $6.20

Yummy green tea croissant, that’s generous in filling. Love the almond, which provides the crunchy texture. Counter the sweetness with a cup of coffee or tea, perfection

I am a big fan of their Kouign Amann! Snagged a good deal during the flash deals on @pickupp.sg and managed to get a box of 6 for just $13.76!!

Look at those crispy golden caramelised layers!! 🤩🤩

Ham and cheese enveloped in a delicious flaky buttery croissant just right for breakfast. I worry about the nitrites in the ham though.

Honestly not sure which branch this is from, but they probably have a central kitchen anyway right

This was delicious. There's enough zest, the curd had a strong creamy/buttery aftertaste, and it was sufficiently dense and smooth. The glaze works really well, you can discern that it's a separate layer. I don't like the crust tho, it does it's job and doesn't crumble but somehow i felt it doesn't add too much

Solid stuff from tiong Bahru bakery

A strong cup of mocha with tones of chocolate sweetness. Coffee blend was slightly acidic and nutty, and the resulting texture was smooth. Quite expensive though you are paying for namesake & better quality.
