Tiong Bahru Bakery honestly isn’t my favourite place because I feel like their bakes are always a bit soggy and never really taste that fresh. But this green tea croissant was decent. I liked the earthy matcha almond paste, even though the croissant was as expected, soggy. It’s kind of a pity that their bakes can’t retain their texture.

Had the Mushroom croissant 🥐 with iced latte

Great tasting food, lovely Ambience and setting

😒 High price and very crowded

Salmon spinach quiche was good, accompanied with nice salad! The sultana was brioche textured but I prefer the croissant textured sultana although it was still okay.

VERY GOOD! I say they have the perfect amount of sugar during the dough laminating process because their kouign amann is not too sweet but just perfectly sweet and has a very good texture! Totally in love!

Finally visit to this famous bakery, ordered myself an almond matcha croissant ($5.20) with a glass of iced latte. Total damage is $14.68 (inclusive tax & service charge). Matcha croissant is big to fill my tummy.

My must-order when it comes to bakeries and Tiong Bahru Bakery certainly didn’t disappoint! One of the best ones around :-)
