One of the better food stalls here at Tiong Bahru Market, and is among those with weekend lunch time snaking queues.

Waited around 30mins in the queue. While queuing, thinking which combination to have, and yet wanted a duck Drumstick. So in the end
just take all lo, wait so long in queue liao, have to all-in.

Out of the 3, char siew the best, Roasted Duck good also, a close 2nd. Sio bak just skip bah.

The Roasted Duck skin was Delish, meat was tender and it was adequately fatty for me.

The Char Siew were slightly Charred and had a good fat ratio as well, so it tasted damn sinfully tasty.

We check-out this popular Cantonese roasted stall at Tiong Bahru Market over the weekend!

On our visit, the crispy skin on the roasted pork is terrific with a good amount of saltiness on the lean parts of the meat.

The ‘half fatty-half lean’ char siew has a savoury sweet flavour and springy bite.

Roasted duck skin is relatively crisp and the meat is surprisingly moist and tender.

Request from the stall to have the dark sauce combined with roasted meat juice on the side to dip the meat and drizzle over rice.

3 meat rice because I gotta try everything I can on one platter. Roast pork was crispy and char siew was a good amount of lean and melt in your mouth fatty. Doused in a thick dark sauced gravy, it gave both a sweet and savoury flavour to the whole plate of rice. Duck was pretty decent as well!

Lee Hong Kee is one of the stalls at Tiong Bahru Market which attracts a long queue no matter what time you go. I managed to get some of their freshly made sio yok during my recent visit.

It's hard to resist sio yok when it comes hung on the rack fresh out of the oven. The golden brown crackling and the alluring aroma just makes me sallivate.

Their char siew is decent but I really enjoyed the super crispy crackling on their sio yok.

We managed to catch their char siew this time. Overall nothing to complain. Their sauce is the killer.

The roast meats here are far from being the best in Singapore, so the almost-cult status enjoyed by this stall is a bit mysterious. However, the food is good - in fact better than that at restaurants charging several times the price here. Fantastic value !
