Laksa yong tau fu with thick bee hoon offers a simple and satisfying dining experience.
Actually, mild spicy overall, portion of stuffed tofu is quite satisfying.
The indoor setting with air conditioning is popular among lunch diners.
Highly recommended.

This is one of my childhood ytfs, and I always liked their taukee most, out of everything in the bowl! My standard order is beehoon soup here, even though I have come to prefer dry ytf at other establishments. (Iā€™m a creature of habit.) A good, satisfying bowl of ytf!

If you like the Tiong Bahru yong tao hu at corner coffeeshop of Eng Hoon Street and Tiong Poh Road then you'll like this air conditioned branch of the same eatery. Taste and freshness are the same but more choices. šŸ‘šŸ‘

The cashier told me their YTF is like no other and I agree. It must have been that it was made fresh on the spot (like he said). The fishballs were crunchy and soft at the same time. The other pieces were tasty and delicious. Sauce was normal though. Serving was a tad small. Good for females with normal appetites. $5.00 for a bowl. 3.9/5

Due to it being within an air-conditioned mall, prices are understandably higher than at the original "Tiong Bahru Yong Tau Hu" stall in a corner coffeeshop. Quality is also on par. Despite this, I feel the portion here is undersized. Between the two locations, I'd rather stick to sweating over a bigger serving at the original.
