Ytf beehoon soup ($5). A simple and delicious meal. The ytf was fresh and yummy. Paired with the self made chilli sauce, perfect match! +$1 to add veg. Also comes in dry.

This ytf is indeed Food-King good! Plentiful of ingredients with a choice a bee hoon and plain soup, best eaten on a rainy day to make you have that homely feel! 😊

Strongly recommended if you are around the area!

Tiong Bahru Yong Tau Fu ($5)
Lived here during my childhood but never really knew there was such an established stall in this area. They have renovated and looks more modern now but the price still really decent, $5 for 10 pieces. I loved the ingredients but I did find the soup rather salty. Vegetables were $1 addon.

Yong tau foo is a Hakka Chinese Cuisine which usually consists of tofu filled with ground meat mixture or fish paste. There can be also options like vegetables and mushrooms stuffed with ground meat. It can be served as a soup dish or dry with sweet or spicy sauce.
Featuring My All-time Favourite Yong Tau Hu is S$5 or S$7 from @tbyongtaohu! I love their Tau Kee the most. You can't choose what you want as it is a standard set. Maybe you can try telling them your preference. The ingredients feel freshly made. The soup is also flavourful.

Unlike the usual Yong Tau Foo stall, this one doesn’t let us to choose the item but you can let them know which one do you prefer to have more of. This Yong Tau Hu consists of Tau Kee (beancurd skin), Tau Pok, tofu, and fish balls served in soup with beehoon. You can really taste the freshness in their fishballs as they are handmade

Crispy and tasty ❤️ The yong tao hu was the perfect accompaniment to this dish, especially when I was down with a slight cold.
