Not stranger to Singapore coffee scene, Tiong Hoe has call this place a home since 2014 and expanded their brand to different part of Singapore.
Nestled under HDB in this neighbourhood, you could see they actually roasting their coffee bean on-site at the next door.
Their mocha taste strong with the taste and I enjoy it a lot to kickstart my morning.
Drop by and have a cuppa…
Probably not the best I had but definitely above average! It’s also slightly cheaper compared to other cafes! SGD4.80 for a Caffe Latte😉
A mid-day coffee to kick start the prelude to Fri-yay with Tiong Hoe!
Their first outlet is a tiny cosy spot located under the HDB blocks of Bukit Merah, serving up your espresso pours, cold brews & filter beans.
We ordered an Iced White ($5.30), perfect for the hot weather🥵 in my trusty stojo. Creamy white with hints of nuttiness that packs a caffeine punch was much needed during his dreary weather.
Will defo be back again to try out their Kombucha & cold brew!! #BurppleTakeaways

I shy away from whites because they tend to be boring an taste the same almost everywhere. At @tionghoespecialtycoffee though, I never fail to order their 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 ($4.50).

I never tire of that angelically soft body which refrained from being excessively creamy. Charming fragrance and robustness to its body whilst still teasing with a background sweetness. Above all, it was strikingly memorable with a beautiful finish that lingered, reminiscent of gula melaka.

The quaint atmosphere and friendly staff make this rustic piece of heaven worth the pilgrimage to its ulu Queenstown estate.

My family enjoyed the latte and filter coffee (unpictured) a lot! The coffee is strong and smooth, and just glides down your throat. The cold brew that was kindly given to us (thank you!) however, was a little too milky for our liking. But we definitely would come back for the fresh brews!
Affordable artisan neighbourhood coffee. Very pleasant environment to be in to read a book/surf the net. While there is a slight crowd that comes in every now and then on the weekend, it never really seems overcrowded.
As a resident of Queenstown for over 15 years, I’m rather happy to find something like this in the hood!
