Butterfly pea malfalde was really chewy think I taste gluten ๐Ÿ˜› and was perfect for catching sauces in its crevices. Love the pink sauce + truffle pate + birdโ€™s eye chillies + chilli flakes + parmesan combi. It was creamy, flavourful and super spicy (shiok), I cleaned the plate of its sauces. I think the option to add on chilli padi is what makes Tipo special. Smoked duck was a good choice.

Not authentic flavours but I will go back again for spicy pasta. It was like having western chilli mee.

Itโ€™s a ribbon pasta that went perfectly with the creamy sauce.
The curled shape served as the perfect scoop for the sauce.

Went to @tiposg without a booking and we were super lucky to get a table without queuing ๐Ÿคช Anyway I really love the concept of this place - especially the FRESHLY MADE PASTA ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

I opted for the ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐ ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐Ž๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐š (๐’๐†๐ƒ$๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“.๐Ÿ—๐ŸŽ++) option even though they have a few signature pastas, and I enjoyed it ๐Ÿคค I chose the ๐‚๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข ๐‹๐ข๐ฆ๐ž ๐Œ๐š๐ฅ๐Ÿ๐š๐๐ž (๐’๐†๐ƒ$๐Ÿ—.๐Ÿ—๐ŸŽ), which was pretty good - except that the pasta was a little hard (mine was a little less done than al-dente!), so i wished it would be a tad more chewy!

I really enjoyed the ๐๐ข๐ง๐ค ๐’๐š๐ฎ๐œ๐ž, which was a blend of their alfredo and tomato sauces! Really loved the tangy taste from the tomato sauce, which balanced the creamy alfredo sauce ๐Ÿ˜› a super refreshing change!!

My other add-ins included the ๐๐š๐ซ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฌ๐š๐ง ๐‚๐ก๐ž๐ž๐ฌ๐ž, ๐’๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐•๐ข๐๐ž ๐„๐ ๐  (+๐’๐†๐ƒ$๐Ÿ) and ๐’๐ฆ๐จ๐ค๐ž๐ ๐ƒ๐ฎ๐œ๐ค ๐๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐ญ (+๐’๐†๐ƒ$๐Ÿ’). The parmesan cheese and sous vide egg were q standard, but the egg rly complemented my pasta combination ๐Ÿ˜บ The smoked duck breast was interesting in a pasta and I enjoyed it, but my friendโ€™s duck breast was a little overcooked so it was a little dry... suppose it may a hit-or-miss! Would still order it again the next time round tho YUMZ ๐Ÿ˜‹

Would want to go back to Tipo to try more interesting combinations, and will recommend this place! ๐Ÿ˜› And I highly recommend their pink sauce and cream sauce, which I enjoy because it isnt too thiccc such that it gets jelak towards the end like many cream pastas! So glad I found this place ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ
