Excellent sorbet. It was really dark and chocolatey which hits right up my alley! Even though there is no dairy I didn't feel like anything was missing from it, and it still gave a very bodied taste. 10/10 would recommend and visit again.

$5 for 2 small cups (Burpple Beyond)

so so flavourful!! there were lots of nuts in the banana honey roasted nuts one and the banana flavour was really natural. i tried a good pistachio ice cream in ireland and i think tom's palette's pistachio is just as good!! the intensity of flavour was just right.

Had the matcha flavor with hazelnut and another combination of grandma’s favorite and salted caramel cheesecake and it was good!

You know you’ve got a happy problem when you’re faced with rows of ice cream flavours and have trouble picking which to try!! Stood there for a good 10 minutes - kudos to the staff for their friendly service and patience 🌟 really enjoyed the pistachio and mocha - both had substantial nutty bits, which added texture and flavour. The pistachio was on the sweeter side, but the mocha was delightfully balanced with slight bitterness! Also tried the yuzu, which was a bright burst of citrus. Rum & raisin was pretty sweet but I must commend the intensity of alcohol. Got two 4oz cups using the burpple beyond deal ($5), which is such a steal! Will definitely be back to try more 👍🏼

This is hands-down-without-a-doubt my favourite ice cream place! 💕💕 Their flavours never fails to impress and there is such an extensive variety despite changing the flavours every day! Truly the hardest decision to make when you only get 4 flavours to choose, but the staff are an absolute delight and were so friendly and helpful in letting us try many flavours while even explaining to us the ingredients! Truly A+ service and A+ ice cream, and so extremely worth with burpple Beyond (I would totally still buy it even without discounts)! Really liked the Chocolate Sorbet (rich creamy and oh-so-chocolatey!), Nasty Mix (snickers bar in ice cream form omg) and Genmaicha (matcha and brown tea ice cream from Matchaya that’s a little fuller and more milky than the usual Matcha flavour). The salted caramel cheesecake was nice but personal preference for the first 3 flavours still 🙃🙃 Definitely worth a trip (or many more) for really good ice cream!

I would not have ventured to Shaw Towers without the Burpple app. And thanks to Burpple Beyond, we had a taste of our first Tom’s Palette ice cream.
Known for their quirky flavours like white chocolate nori (seaweed) and parmesan cheese, this ice cream shop was so crowded at dinner time. The 4oz ($5) comes with a choice of 2 flavours. I had to try the parmesan cheese and I chose to mix it with honey cinnamon. We also got the granny’s (Milo) and Roc Star (Ovaltine).
The parmesan cheese was savoury and surprisingly good, and it goes well since it’s essentially milk based too. However, it quickly became rather jelat for me. I really like the honey and cinnamon too, though it’s not as creative as the other flavours.
The chocolate based flavours that we chose were also really good, with big chunks of chocolate and biscuits.
This ice cream store is such a gem, do pop by soon, I heard it is closing down mid next year!
