Mixed with crack candy, the butterbeer ice-cream tastes like a butterscotch flavoured cream soda but with the extra crunch of toffee chocolate bits in every spoonful

The pipagao gave a nice herbal minty taste to the ice-cream. The plus point was that it made me feel cool and refreshed after having it

Glutinous rice and coconut ice-cream base mixed with mango chunks
.
The glutinous rice and coconut ice-cream had a gooey texture and gave a nice saltiness aftertaste. Plus the Alphonso mango chunks added a nice honey-like sweetness

Overall, it was a good take on Thailand’s famous dessert
