THIS WAS SO GOOD. As a noodles over rice lover, this kway teow version was the first thing on the menu that grabbed my attention. Although usually paired with rice, this combination had me sweeping the plate soooooo clean - crunchy beans, tender minced pork and flavorful kway teow. I especially loved the kick of spice after each mouthful.
A twist from the usual basil pork rice. Me love this, so flavourful, affordable and delicious. Got long beans one hor 😋😋😋

Thai Basil Minced Pork Kway Teow (SGD 6) - The dish that was swept clean almost instantly. Not too salty and yet flavourful. Simplicity at its best.

I know it is too early for lunch but I am craving for a bowl of tomyum noodles. A bowl of seafood river prawn tomyum noodle ($6) from TomYum Lobster would just do the job. Rich and flavourful broth with a well balance of spiciness, saltiness, sweetness and sourness is just perfect for me. My alter ego, a instant noodle lover, rejoiced at the sight of instant noodles found. Together with huge river prawn, mussels, squid and lava egg, this is just perfect for me.
