Thinly sliced beef although slightly more on chewy side.
Quite pricey compared to most toast shop. However the taste could be why; their kaya is kinda special and yummy, especially with the french toast.
Love this as it was super light and silky. Horfun was the thick kind as well and didn’t clump together. Will be back for more 😋😋

Tough to find places with homemade kaya these days. Uncle said he cooks them for more than 10 hours. Salute 🥺👌🏻
