Had this months back in Singapore's Amoy Street Food Centre. Many stalls command a queue, but none as long as the one at TFF and so it was chicken rice for lunch! Rice is a priority for me when it comes to this dish, so their slightly dry rendition didn't impress. The chicken, on the other hand, was slippery smooth even for breast meat. Not sure if it's common practice in SG but adore that they served three sauces!
They have many stall in Singapore and awarded many certificate.
The chicken is soft and tasty comes with good chilli and garlic sauce.
Order the chicken thigh if you like a softer one.
The rice is little bit grainy.
