The components of sweet, salty and sour are combined well together. This dish is very appetising and best eaten with rice. Another special new dish that I would like to mention would be 2 in 1 sambal kang kong and sweet potato leaves that we don’t see it anywhere else! .

The Kampong chicken is boiled over long period with white pepper and red dates to add sweetness. Pig stomach is added later.

Overall, you get a robust, tasty chicken soup, with a solid kick of white pepper. The pig stomach is tender with a slight chewiness in it. A very nutritious soup that warm up your palate and tummy.

It is served with a plate of vegetables, and you can add ingredients to it such as
