Perfect combination, love the warm & cold fusion. There's also thick slice of coconut flesh in the sorbet. My partner love it a lot
Celebrated my dad's birthday at this place. We got the imperial set and colourful cloud set to share. Good service, great view of the marina bay (restaurant actually revolves throughout the meal). Food was served really fancy as it is afterall fine dining. Taste of food was good but to be honest there was nothing impressive. The dish we enjoyed the most was the crispy beef horfun. The service was great though, they even gave us a complimentary birthday cake after realising it is my dad's birthday. Recommend to go if you want to enjoy a quiet, fancy night out while enjoying the view of the sea.
Celebrated my girlfriends birthday there - great service👍👍👍. Had the Imperial Set - best items were the lobster starter, coconut dessert and chocolate birthday cake 👍👍👍
Located in the centre of CBD, head to this upscale spot in OUE Tower for a world-class fine dining experience in one of TungLok's most exquisite restaurant to-date. Enjoy their 6-course Imperial Set Menu ($138), starting off with the Sea Clam in Hot & Sour Consommé, Steamed Wild Fish with Black Garlic and Salt-baked 'Kampung Chicken'. The highlight of the meal would be their Lobster Prepared in Two Ways — chilled, with caviar and avocado and fried in citrus sauce with corn cracker. Don't miss out on the Truffle Wagyu Beef with Crispy "Hor Fun" for a satisfying main course! End off with their Chilled Purple Glutinous Rice with Coconut Sorbet.
TungLok’s fancy dessert to end of the meal. Yam (orhnee) in coconut husk, topped with coconut sorbet
Comforting, rich pumpkin soup accentuate the winning #NanbanEbi, prized for its exquisite sweet taste and delicate velvety texture. The orange concoction then elevated with a slice of Hungarian white truffle for that extra oomph and aroma.
Part of their limited 6-course menu by Chef Ken Ling, in conjunction with the Niigata City Food Fair, available 14-30 Dec 2016. #MediaTasting
