Rosu Katsu 🍖 (Deep Fried Pork Loin) (120g) ($20.80) (slide 1) (5/5)

so tender and soft even though pork loin was hard part for chewing but it made so perfect 10.

they served iced radish before meal and it’s quite cool before eating. i really like homemade miso soup and prickles (part of set meal). lastly not i didn’t expected that for dessert 🍮 (peach flavour) after meal. otherwise, tonkatsu sauce was just nice and not that sweet but dipped with salt 🧂 first before going into non-spicy sauce.

Rosu Katsu Curry 🍛(Deep Fried Pork Loin) (120g) ($24.80) (5/5)

Miso Rosu Katsu - an easy 9/10

-1 because i felt like the portion was a lil small, I WANT MOREEE.

Lovelove how the pork cutlet wasn’t tough at all like many other restaurants i’ve tried, and its super juicy. The miso was a little salty, but pairs really well with the rice! Super worth for $22+!

One of my favourite tonkatsu restaurants in Singapore. Pork cutlet is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, coated with miso sauce that is neither overly sweet or salty. Top it up with free-flow salad, miso soup and rice, and you are sure to have enough to fill your stomach for $22++! Go for the rosu katsu if you want more fats in the meat; otherwise you can try the hire katsu if you prefer the meat to be lean!

Because of the extra layer of fat above the succulent pork, the Rosu Katsu (pork loin) is suitable for those looking for a juicier bite!

I especially loved that the batter was crunchy without being oily!

Prices are not cheap but you pay for quality! Each set comes with ‼️FREE FLOW‼️ cabbage, miso soup & rice.

For a leaner cut, the Hire Katsu (pork fillet) is tender & easy to chew. Not forgetting the pair of huge, juicy prawns which deserves an equal amount of love🍤🍤

Both batters were crunchy without being oily, colour me impressed!
