Don’t recommend this unless you prefer non-traditional carbonara that are more soupy w unnecessary spices. Get the signature pastas instead of the classics!

Yummy pizza! But we felt that it could be slightly thicker to balance out the saltiness. Nonetheless the dough had a gd bite and crust that was slightly crisp, prawns were fresh and succulent 👍🏼

This was my favourite dish of the night! Ravioli was al dente, loved the truffle butter sauce ☺️ was quite a good portion for a ravioli dish too!

If u like the slightly chewy but not too thick type of pizza crust with mild leopard prints , their pizza base is great . 70% hydration n made of 7 types of stone ground grain ( don’t ask me why so many types u go urself n ask the Chef pls ) . The pasta with Bottarga ( cured mullet roe) was the star dish for us .

This was so lovely. Each mouthful had just the perfect ratio of mascarpone to soft cocoa sponge cake that was well infused with distinct coffee and marsala. Definitely one of the better ones we’ve had!

Was told that this is one of Cugini’s signature pastas and we can definitely understand why! Spaghetti tossed in olive oil, garlic and chilli with prawns and lots of grated mullet roe. The spice is not the most distinct, but the mullet roe stole the show! It was briny and smoky with a savouriness that reminded us of caviar and cheese (we loved it but also think it’s the kind of flavour you either love or hate 😂). The crunchy prawns were cooked just right and spaghetti al dente.

Our first time here at Cugini and the meal was great, while the friendly service was quick and attentive.
