Lovely wood fired pizza with great quality cheese! The tomato sauce was really nice and not sweet as some pizzas can be.

While it lacks the typical alcoholic punch, this tiramisu makes it up with its light texture and sweet cream paired with the bitter chocolate powder. The layer of sponge cake was a tad coarse for my liking but overall it’s pretty good.

We can’t have too many options in Singapore, can we? The woodfire baked dough boasts irregular airy crust and thin base. It comes with buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil. Personally found it rather messy to eat- the ingredients slipped off the dough as it’s just too wet, quite possibly because of the use of fresh cherry tomatoes.

Snagged an opening promo with $9.90 for their signature pizza (martini not included). Base is what you'd expect from a good pizzeria - chewy and soft with a good bite. Mozarella was stringy and not overly salty, although it hardens up pretty fast. Overall the flavours were quite light compared to most of the typical pizzerias here.

This might have hurt my waistline but a meal is never complete without some sweet treats, right? 😍😍😍 Here are some of the desserts that I had at @pizza_logic_sg! ✔
.
🔹️Almond & Ricotta cake ($12++): This may not be the most IG-worthy-looking cake but I truly enjoyed it! ❤ The texture of the cake was on point, with a good balance between fluffy & dense! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 You are bound to enjoy the nutty flavours in every bite as a generous amount of crushed almond bits were spread all over this crumbly slice! 😋 Topped with creamy ricotta 🧀 which lends a luscious mouthfeel.
.
🔹️Italian crème brulee Catalana ($10++): Perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth! 🤤 The tangy berries compote cuts the sweetness of the burnt sugar top & milky custard. ✔ Some might find it a little too sour but I really liked it! Overall it leaned towards the sweet side for me so it’s good for sharing! 😊
.
🔹️Tiramisu ($10++): A classic Italian dessert, this rendition boasts of strong coffee ☕ & liquor 🥃 that will wake you up instantly! With a nice proportion of cream & cake layers, it loses out on textures as it was too wet & soggy in my opinion, but certainly wins on taste. 👌🏻
.
🔹️Panna Cotta ($10++): The pudding is so soft & wobbly that it gives the perfect jiggle! 😍 Full-blown on the taste of milk 🍼 & cream, the accompanying berry sauce with a nice tang & sweet crunchy brittle adds some excitement to the dessert. 💕

This new pizzeria's signature is a simple pizza, but less is more, especially for authentic Neapolitan pizza — the key is in fresh quality ingredients. The woodfire baked crust achieved an immaculate ratio between airy crispiness and chewiness, and their mozzarella, basil and cherry tomatoes are top notch (evident from the D.O.C. label).

Gotta say though, the doughy middle portion soaks up too much of the sauce and tomato juice, causing structural integrity issues — it flops and ingredients fall easily
