Essentially the "sanshoku" here refers to three colours, which are the three types of sashimi served in the Sanshoku Chirashi (S$22.00): salmon, tuna and scallop. All the raw stuff in this bowl tasted quite fresh, and for 12 pieces of sashimi and a halved tamago altogether, the Chirashi bowl sounded decently priced.
The rice that comes with this is sushi rice, and so everything tasted like a bowl of sushi feast. I like to spread the wasabi over the seafood without any shoyu sauce, so that adds more kick to the meal.

Ordered the una don teishoku ($20) and was given a small slice of unagi with a layer of thick fat, as well as troublesome little bones that made eating extremely unpleasant. Also came with some pickles (no idea what they were), miso soup, the tiniest piece of tamago ever (very different from the menu) and a salad of lettuce leaves, cucumber slices and a single cherry tomato doused in sesame sauce. I really don't think this was worth the price.
A simple and belly-warming dish. Warm rice topped with salmon and seaweed flakes, sitting in a bowl of steaming Dashi broth. A simple meal to end the night and to warm the belly before a long flight overseas. Price of $4.80 for this simple rice dish; not for those with large appetites ;)

The ramen above is only $10 and hosts some of the most tender aburi Chashu slices I've had, the salty, robust Tonkatsu broth served in just the right amount, so much so that you wouldn't be chugging bottles of water later. If not for the $4 (non-refillable) hot green teas, I have no gripes。
