Damn I rly loved the beef brisket curry rice!! So good they were real generous w the portions, the beef brisket was tender and the potatoes can only be described as soft n melty. Curry was fragrant n went real well w the rice. HK vibes, which I lov v mucho

I’d have this on a hot day, rainy day, all day! I had this 3 times last week 🤤
Super tender braised pork with plenty of gelatinous cartilage on top of slightly chewy rice noodles and broth made from steeping fish bones, providing it with flavour, depth and they even incorporated some orange peel to brighten the broth and remove any unwanted stale fishy flavour. Turn up the heat with their dried chili oil provided on the side of every table.
Tsui Wah is also known for only seating a table when all parties have arrived, otherwise you’ll have to wait in line till that always on-my-way-friend shows up. You’ve been warned.

I love the condense milk bun from Tsui Wah at HK. It definitely didn't disappoint for the ones in SG too. However, the mains aren't that fantastic in SG which I don't know why. The pricing is slightly steep also. If you like Almond milk, would recommend the Almond Milk with egg white drink too!

Curry Beef ($13++):
✅ Beef is tender and curry is well balanced. Goes well with a bowl of rice!

The only thing i like is the milk tea. Everything else is average (considering the waiting time). Pork chop at TTLK (Tai Lei Loi Kei) is wayyyy better - both in terms of taste and crispiness.

When we visited over the weekend, there wasn’t any queue although it was pretty packed. And yes, thumbs up for their condensed milk bun and pork chop bun that were delicious. Especially the former that simply popped in its harmonious mix of sweet and savoury tastes.
We will totally return just for these buns and a cup of milk tea for an afternoon treat.
