.
The slow braised pork belly is soft and moist, layered with equal parts lean meat and fat.
.
Bold robust gravy, salty savoury and rich in flavour. Grandma would be proud.
.
The braised claypot dishes here also happen to be much better than the regular zi char dishes.
.
Part of the ala-carte buffet of dim sum and zi char at SGD $45 per person.

The dim sum here is above average in quality. Not the best, but good enough.
.
These meaty parcels are juicy sweet, full of flavour. Pretty worthwhile.

This fish is decent enough that we got 2 rounds. The outside is nicely crisp, while the inside remains moist and flaky. Good salty sweet savoury flavour.
.
Perhaps we visited on an off-day, as standards of service and several other dishes fluctuated throughout our meal.

Noodles cooked just right and really good soup base! Other dishes: assorted dim sum, pork chop (succulent!), ngoh Hiang, braised toufu, mixed vege, 楊枝甘露 with ice cream.

($9.80) one of my favorite dimsum here!! Usual silky cheongfun, stuffed with crunchy fresh prawns, scallop, vegetable, and a layer of crispy bits for good texture. Absolutely delish!

Under the same brand, I have the feeling the price for the same kind of fish is not aligned. I had this fish at $9 per 100 grams. I do recalled when I dined at Tung Lok Seafood, the price is $4.80 per 100grams.
